Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, and delivered within 1-3 business days of order being placed.

 

  • We strive to do same-day fulfilment on most weekdays excluding holidays. If you order Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday.

  • Orders are shipped between 13:00-15:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

  • Canine Clear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed to the carrier.
