Refund policy

90 Day Money Back Guarantee. 

If any of the Canine Clear products do not live up to their claims, just send us an email at support@canineclear.com and you will be able to claim a full refund, provided it is within 90 days of delivery.

It is the customers responsibility to send the item back to us. We will provide a prepaid returns label.

Please note: the returns policy is strictly a "no result refund" i.e. if the product does not work within the 90 day period of first delivery.

It does not cover any other situations.

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment only.
